24-Hour Notice Required: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within the 24-hour window are subject to a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service cost.
Booking Restrictions: Outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals: Failing to show up or arriving late limits our ability to serve other clients. Repeated no-shows will result in a loss of booking privileges.

Metered street parking is available on the streets surrounding the building. Please check the posted signs for local rules, restrictions, and street-sweeping schedules before leaving your vehicle. Metered parking can be paid via coins, credit card, or text to pay (instructions for this are on the meter).
